Keep Breathing

KEEP BREATHING 

Yesterday one of our adult ballet students brought in her "old" ballet notes to show us. Her dedicated teacher would write pages and pages of ballet corrections and exercises for her. It prompted me to have a rummage through my box of memories, and have a read of the notebooks full of notes my mum would write during my ballet classes. 

One correction stood out.... "Dont hold your breath!" 

THANK YOU to all the mums, teachers, note takers that would spend hours writing notes in order for us to improve our dancing and a timely reminder as we edge closer to Christmas... KEEP BREATHING!
