Dance First at Ace Motorsport
Feel the FEAR but do it anyway!!
A few weeks ago I said to the Dance First teachers "let's do some go-kart racing for our Christmas party"
..... Hmmmm ok.....
So on Saturday, feeling a little bit nervous we ventured to Ace Motorsport at Mt Smart Stadium. After a safety debrief, we donned some beautiful hair nets and then tried to figure out who had the biggest head when trying on helmets.
AND then we were off!! Speeding (a little tentatively to start with) around the track trying not to crash into each other! We may not have beaten the track record but we had an absolute blast.
Well done team for going out of your comfort zone. Such a fabulous team of wonderful people!
We missed you Juliet and AJ, we may just have to have a rematch in 2023!!! And special thanks to Rebecca for taking pics.
